Investigations

Axia Conflict Solutions offers independent investigations – a structured process of gathering information to better understand a situation, concern, or experience. It involves listening to those involved, reviewing evidence, and identifying what took place and making findings of fact and conclusions based on a thorough analysis of the information.

Axia initiates guided processes where people in conflict are supported in having a structured, respectful conversation. With the help of a neutral third party, they can safely explore what happened, share perspectives, and work toward understanding, repair, or resolution.

At Axia, we support organizations in rebuilding trust, restoring relationships, and shifting workplace culture after conflict, disruption, or harm. Through a restorative, trauma-informed approach, we offer leadership coaching, support to HR teams, and guided processes led by a neutral third party.
